Adventures was established in 1995.  It is under the same Owner, Rebecca Willsey, as the day it opened.  We have a devoted staff with an average length of employment of about 8 years.  All of our Lead Teachers have CDA’s or 2-4 year degrees in Early Childhood Education. All staff are CPR & First Aid certified.  We are currently a Level 4 daycare in the State of Indiana’s Paths to Quality.  Our Teachers design the curriculum to coordinate with the Foundations to the Indiana Academic Standards for Children Birth to Age 5.

Our Center is located at State Road 37 and Fairview in Greenwood, Indiana.  We are situated on 1.6 mature acres, with all but the front entry fenced in.  Our facility has controlled-access entry, geothermal heating and cooling, and heated floors in our Infant and Toddler classrooms.  We serve breakfast, lunch and 3 snacks a day; all are prepared in our on-site kitchen.

Adventures is open 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday -Friday.  We accept children 6 weeks of age until their 13th birthday.  We offer full time care (4-5 day per week) and part time care (2-3 days per week).  We transport to and from Glenns Valley (pick up only), Rosa Park,  Waverly (pick up only), Pleasant Crossing Elementary (drop off only), Center Grove Elementary, Sugar Grove Elementary, Maple Grove Elementary, & Pleasant Grove Elementary.
